AI with Vadim (“we”, “us”) designs and builds websites. This policy explains what information we collect through aiwithvadim.com and chat.aiwithvadim.com (together, the “Sites”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, business name, and your answers to our project questions.
- Messages and files: what you send in your client chat with us, including photos.
- Account information: your password, stored only as a secure one-way hash.
- Technical information: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and work with you on your project.
- To verify your phone number and secure your account.
- To send the text messages you agreed to receive (see below).
- To keep the Sites safe and working, and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, we may text you verification codes, appointment and call reminders, updates about your project, and replies to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
Only with service providers that help us run the Sites and send messages (for example, our hosting provider and our text messaging provider), and only as needed to provide those services to us. They may not use your information for anything else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. As stated above, this never includes your mobile number or SMS consent for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are working together and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your account and chat at any time.
Your choices
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@aiwithvadim.com.
Security
Our Sites use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, sign-in sessions are protected, and only you and our team can see your chat.
Children
The Sites are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
